Pennies are laser engraved- no stamping or marker used to create the black color of the engraving.

HANDWRITTEN MESSAGES OR DRAWINGS:
After the order is placed, select the contact seller or "Message Cindy" option. Click either the camera icon or the image icon (looks like a framed picture of a mountain and the sun.) You can attach up to 3 photos or scans.

Messages can also be typed in any font. Any message "can" fit- but the more words used, the smaller they get. I would not recommend more than 5-6 words.
